“The benchmark for Peterson this year, Cooper explains, is 10 40-yard dashes, with 30 seconds’ rest in between each one. The slowest of them should be no worse than 4.49 to 4.55 seconds.”

It looks like Ol’ Reliable just refuses to answer Father Time’s call. Adrian Peterson reportedly still has the elite speed he has had since coming out of college. Pair that with his bruising running style, and Peterson is still a top RB1 in drafts this year. With questions coming out about his age and ability to produce consistently, we can put those to rest.
The #NFL will not take any action against #Bills RB LeSean McCoy for role in nightclub brawl, league spokesman told me..

LeSean McCoy is in the clear after an apparent altercation at a club. With Karlos Williams reportedly struggling with his weight, McCoy has complete control of the Bills’ backfield and it looks like he avoided a major hurdle the other night. With an improved and experienced Tyrod Taylor, look for increased production from McCoy this season.
” I’ve just been allowing my maturity to catch up with my age at the same time. I’m excited. As I get into my latter years, I’m getting into my prime.”

Rashad Jennings likes his chances this season as the Giants’ lead back. He rushed for 863 yards last season and really came on strong the last 5 or so weeks. He should be the lead back, but it’s well known that Shane Vereen operates in passing situations and racks up plenty of receptions. Jennings could provide some mid/later round value getting the bulk of the carries.
Not strictly fantasy:
- Willie Snead and Coby Fleener are battling for the No. 2 role in the Saints’ passing game
- Ex-Buckeye Braxton Miller described himself as a playmaker for Houston’s offense. He has a lot of big play potential.
- Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Jets have still not made an progress in regards to contract talks
