Rawls owners can finally rejoice, as the expected starter from the offseason will be handed the reigns in Week 2. Christine Michael earned his chance for the spot start in Week 1 while Rawls recovered, but the backfield will return to its rightful heir in the post-Beast Mode era.

Good news for Patriots fans as Gronk is back at practice Wednesday. This doesn’t necessarily mean he’s a lock to play on Sunday though, as the team might look to rest him a little longer. If he does suit up, he will become a top target of quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. Gronk historically has had great success against the Miami Dolphins.

With Thomas likely back in the fold, that will give Trevor Siemian his top receiver against the very depleted Colts secondary. Receiver Emmanuel Sanders would have received a nice bump if Thomas was absent, but both should be decent plays against such a bad defense.

Double news bit here, as Julius Thomas is practicing and looking like he’s good to go on Sunday. Chris Ivory was absent again after dealing with a mysterious injury that landed him in the hospital. Thomas shows a lot of potential in the offense, while Ivory’s absence opens the door for TJ Yeldon once again.
