Today is of course headlined with the Rob Gronkowski news, but we gave you our thoughts on him, here.

Mark Ingram is coming off his best performance of the season and was named as our running back ‘Winner of the Week’. After sitting out practice so far this week with a toe injury, he would need to participate in some way tomorrow to have a realistic chance of playing Week 13. If he doesn’t, look to fire up Tim Hightower against a juicy Lions defense.

Tyrell Williams has been banged up all season and has been a member of the injury report throughout the season, but this time it seems real. Williams came down hard on his shoulder on Sunday — a shoulder that he injured in college — and if he doesn’t participate in practice tomorrow, then Dontrelle Inman would be a nice DraftKings or streamer play.

As we speculated yesterday, Rob Gronkowski was in actual danger, while Tom Brady, Julian Edelman and Martellus Bennett would be just fine. Tom Brady, Edelman and Bennett should shred a Rams’ defense that just gave up a billion points to the Saints. Bennett is now a sure-fire TE1 the way of the way with Gronk done.

Quick Hits:

  • Trevor Siemian remains in a boot, which is not good news for his receivers
  • Chris Ivory (hamstring) is unlikely to play Week 13
  • T.Y. Hilton (back) did not practice today
  • Jeremy Maclin practiced in a limited fashion today and looks good to go for Week 13
  • Former NFL RB and USC star Joe McKnight was murdered today. Terrible, terrible news.
