Congratulations. Whether through a bye week or a scrappy Week 14 W, you’re now one step closer to that fantasy ship… and proving you’re smarter than all of your idiot league mates. Don’t be robbed of a life moment that’ll rank alongside the birth of your first child this late in the game, and make sure your lineup is perfect with our Week 15 Rankings. Tier 1 – Potential Top Scorers
1) David Johnson (ARI) vs. NO
2) Le’Veon Bell (PIT) @ CIN
Tier 1.5
3) Ezekiel Elliott (DAL) vs. TB
4) LeSean McCoy (BUF) vs. CLE
5) Devonta Freeman (ATL) vs. SF
Tier 2 – Remaining RB1s
6) DeMarco Murray (TEN) @ KC
7) Carlos Hyde (SF) @ ATL
8) Latavius Murray (OAK) @ SD
9) LeGarrette Blount (NE) @ DEN – Have a feeling the Pats will want to shove this game right down the Broncos throat, which starts with Blount’s massive meat hammer.
Tier 2.5
10) Thomas Rawls (SEA) vs. LA
11) Lamar Miller (HOU) vs. JAC
12) Tevin Coleman (ATL) vs. SF – The 49ers are so puke-worthy that both Freeman and Coleman are top-12 plays; in clock-killing mode, Coleman might actually be the sneaky stronger play.
13) Bilal Powell (NYJ) vs. MIA – It looks like Matt Forte is a game-time decision, but it would be smart to roll with Powell either way. Even if Forte plays, Powell should get the majority of the touches and rack up fantasy points along the way.
Tier 3 – Quality RB2s
14) Jordan Howard (CHI) vs. GB
15) Jeremy Hill (CIN) vs. PIT
16) Jay Ajayi (MIA) @ NYJ – Has been little more than a glorified plodder the past few weeks.
17) Jonathan Stewart (CAR) @ WAS
18) Robert Kelley (WAS) vs. CAR
19) Kenneth Farrow (SD) vs. OAK
20) Spencer Ware (KC) vs. TEN – See Ajayi, Jay but for a longer period of time + in a tougher Week 15 matchup.
Tier 3.5
21) Theo Riddick (DET) @ NYG
22) Frank Gore (IND) @ MIN
23) Kenneth Dixon (BAL) vs PHI
24) Mike Gillislee (BUF) vs. CLE – A newfound and hideous vulture, Gillslee’s as good a bet as any for at least one TD here.
25) Doug Martin (TB) @ DAL
Tier 4 – Desperation but startable
26) Darren Sproles (PHI) @ BAL QUESTIONABLE – As of now, Sproles is still in the leagues concussion protocol. Should he play, he can be fired up as the Eagles best shot at backfield production via the air against this stingy ground defense.
27) Dion Lewis (NE) @ DEN
28) Jerick McKinnon (MIN) vs. IND
29) Isaiah Crowell (CLE) @ BUF
30) Matt Asiata (MIN) vs. IND
31) TJ Yeldon (JAC) @ HOU – I hate to admit it, but his check-down role is very real, keeping him very relevant in PPR leagues.
32) Todd Gurley (LA) @ SEA
33) Mark Ingram (NO) @ ARI – Very, very, very tough to trust right now, especially in this ugly matchup.
34) James White (NE) @ DEN
Tier 5 – Better luck next year
35) Charles Sims (TB) @ DAL
36) Derrick Henry (TEN) @ KC – Maybe he sneaks a TD in.
37) Ryan Mathews (PHI) @ BAL
38) Rashad Jennings (NYG) vs. DET
39) Duke Johnson (CLE) @ BUF
40) Chris Thompson (WAS) vs. CAR
41) Ronnie Hillman (SD) vs. OAK – If anyone in this group was going to shock…
42) Terrance West (BAL) vs. PHI
43) Paul Perkins (NYG) vs. DET
44) Justin Forsett (DEN) vs. NE
45) Devontae Booker (DEN) vs. NE
46) Jalen Richard (OAK) @ SD
47) Christine Michael (GB) @ CHI
Can’t bring myself to type any of these other names…
