The 2025 NFL Draft is right around the corner, which means it’s time to sharpen your draft boards, overanalyze every prospect, and pretend you won’t trade away half your picks by mid-May. In this 2025 Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft, I fired up the FantasyPros Mock Draft Simulator to see how things might shake out in a 5-Round SuperFlex format when drafting from the 1.06 spot.
Was it perfect? Not quite—Carson Beck was apparently still in the system—but it gave us a solid look at how the draft could unfold.
Spoiler alert: QBs flew off the board early, but the running back depth? Chef’s kiss.

Let’s break it down and see how to dominate your SuperFlex 2025 Dynasty Rookie Draft.

2025 DYNASTY ROOKIE MOCK DRAFT FROM THE 1.06
1.06: OMARION HAMPTON, RB NORTH CAROLINA
Wow. I knew this was SuperFlex, but I didn’t think it meant to let an elite RB fall into my lap. Yet here I am at 1.06, staring at Omarion Hampton, my RB2 and 5th overall player, gift-wrapped to me. Why? Because some imaginary manager decided to select Jaxson Dart with a top-five pick. Bold move, Cotton.

Either way, I’m not complaining. Hampton is a future RB1 workhorse, and I just landed my franchise back at a discount. And let’s talk about his NFL Combine: a 9.93 RAS, a 4.47 40-yard dash, and a 38-inch vertical that showed off his explosiveness. At 221 pounds of pure power and athleticism, Hampton is built to truck defenders and rack up fantasy points for years to come.
Let’s keep this draft rolling. I’m already off to a monster start.
2.06: KALEB JOHNSON, RB IOWA
Another one! I swear, this Mock Draft is unfolding like it was scripted just for me. Kaleb Johnson, my RB4 and 9th overall player, somehow falls to me at 2.06? Unreal. Those who partake in the Expert Consensus Rankings (ECR) clearly aren’t watching the same tape I am, dropping him to 14th overall just because he didn’t break the NFL Combine.
But the real ones? We know. Johnson is him.
This guy went from an overlooked three-star recruit to Iowa’s entire offense, breaking ankles and dragging half the Big Ten for extra yards. At 6’0”, 224 lbs, he’s a one-cut bruiser who eats up zone-blocking schemes. Yeah, his 4.57 40 might not turn heads. But on tape, he plays way faster, and he’s built to move the chains and rack up touchdowns at the next level.

The only thing standing between him and workhorse status? Polishing his pass pro and showing he can be a factor in the passing game. But even with that, he’s a steal at 2.06, and I’d have no problem taking him in the late first.
Let’s keep this draft cooking… I might just run away with this league.
3.06: JACK BECH, WR TCU
I could’ve grabbed Will Howard here, and it would have made sense in SuperFlex. But with my RSJ Dynasty roster in my head, I’m more than set under center with Caleb Williams, Trevor Lawrence, and JJ McCarthy. Plus, in a quarterback class I’m not exactly in love with, I’ll happily pivot to a position of need.
What don’t I have? Enough firepower at WR. So, I’m grabbing a big-bodied slot weapon with shades of Eric Decker (and no, it’s not just because he’s white).
Jack Bech isn’t just one of the top storylines of the draft—he’s one of the toughest players in it. After enduring an unimaginable tragedy with the loss of his brother in the New Orleans terrorist attack, Bech turned that adversity into fuel, showing up as one of the most competitive receivers in this class.
As a true freshman, Jack Bech lead a team in receptions that had:

At 6’1”, 215 lbs with a 38.5-inch vertical, Bech is a strong, sure-handed target who wins with elite ball skills, physicality, and toughness. He doesn’t have game-breaking speed, but he knows how to separate and attack the football in the air. He’s a box-out specialist who plays like a rebounder in tight spaces, making him a QB’s best friend in the short and intermediate game.
Bech is what he is and should be a reliable WR3 with upside for a very long time. And at 3.06? I’ll take that skill set.
4.06: DJ GIDDENS, RB KANSAS STATE
I don’t just like this pick… I love it. I’m practically sprinting to the make-believe podium because DJ Giddens, one of my favorite prospects and a flag-plant guy, just fell into my lap in the mid-fourth round. RB8 on my board (+4 vs ECR). 22nd overall (+9 vs ECR). And I get him at 4.06?! Absolute robbery.

Giddens is one of those backs who looks and moves like a shifty scatback, but surprise, he’s actually a rock-solid 6’0, 212 lbs. He’s a natural between the tackles, with elite patience, vision, and lateral agility to create space where there isn’t any. Slippery in traffic, tough through contact, and reliable as a pass-catcher, he’s the kind of RB who sneaks up on defenders and consistently keeps the chains moving.
With his blend of size, quickness, and football IQ, Giddens has legit workhorse upside at the next level. And snagging that kind of talent at 4.06? That’s daylight robbery, my friends.
5.06: RICKY WHITE III, WR UNLV
Needing to beef up my WR corps, I could’ve played it with another prospect I like, Syracuse TE Orande Gadsden II, but where’s the fun in that? Instead, I’m rolling with UNLV’s Ricky White III, a big-play machine with route-running savvy and YAC ability.
His NFL Combine? Rough. His RAS score? Yikes. But let’s not pretend the tape or the numbers lie. White torched his Pro Day with a much more believable 4.44 40, proving he’s got the wheels to be a deep threat at the next level.
Ricky White was one of college football’s most productive WRs the past two seasons — but can he win at the next level?

When you look at the production, White produced at a very high rate, finishing with 167 receptions for 2,524 yards and 19 TDs over the past two years. He also posted some eye-catching metrics among the 49 wide receivers at the NFL Combine. His breakout age of 18.6 ranked second overall, showing he produced at a high level earlier than most. Additionally, he led all receivers with a 2024 Dominator Rating of 46.9%, proving he was the centerpiece of the high-octane UNLV offense.
White is a smooth, efficient route-runner with a knack for finding space and making defenders miss after the catch. His steady production jump over the past two seasons makes him the perfect Taxi Squad stash, which is exactly what I’m looking for with my final pick.

CONCLUSION: NO COMPLAINTS, NO REGRETS
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how this 2025 Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft played out from the 1.06. In just five picks, I walked away with my RB2, RB4, WR11, RB8, and WR21—a rock-solid haul. Sure, I passed on a QB class I wasn’t thrilled about and a deep TE group, but with my RSJ Dynasty squad already set at both positions, I can always scour waivers if needed.
I’ve been hyping up this legendary RB class for over a year, and this mock proves why—I walked away with three stud backs in five picks, and I’m feeling great about it. No complaints. No regrets. Now, bring on the real draft!
